人生有道，知行合一;岁月无言，风骨自彰。纵观丁维华先生的人生轨迹，是半生躬身实干造福一方，半生潜心翰墨传承文脉的赤诚征程。从扎根城市建设、深耕民生一线的实干干部，到立足时代、弘扬国粹的文化名家，他以坚守立初心、以勤勉筑造诣、以担当传文脉，在政务岗位与艺术领域双线深耕、双向出彩，用数十年光阴诠释了何为“退笔成山未足珍，读书万卷始通神 ”的人生境界。
丁维华先生祖籍安徽含山、长于马鞍山，青年时期便投身家国建设事业，怀揣赤诚初心扎根基层、履职担当。1975 年下放后，他入职安徽省荣誉军人休养院，深耕护理岗位，以细致温情服务优抚群体，恪守为民初心。此后，他调入马鞍山市规划设计管理处，投身城市建设核心工作，参与马鞍山市城市规划指挥部地形测量等重点工作，以专业素养为城市基建夯实根基。
在城市创建发展的关键阶段，丁维华先生勇挑重担、迎难而上，肩负马向路创建指挥部总指挥重任，统筹推进城市改造、市容整治、文明创建等重点工作。他躬身一线、攻坚克难，以雷厉风行的作风、求真务实的担当啃下诸多创建硬骨头，为马鞍山市成功创建国家卫生城市筑牢坚实基础。卓著的实干功绩，让他获时任市长高度赞誉，称其“为马鞍山市创建国家卫生城市立下汗马功劳，马鞍山市人民不会忘记 ”，更被《马鞍山日报》盛赞为治路虎将。

There is a way in life, the unity of knowledge and action; Time speaks for itself, but the spirit shines through. Looking at Mr. Ding Weihua's life trajectory, it is a sincere journey of dedicating half of his life to practical work and benefiting the community, and half of his life to the inheritance of cultural heritage through calligraphy and painting. From a practical cadre rooted in urban construction and deeply cultivating the front line of people's livelihood, to a cultural expert rooted in the times and promoting national quintessence, he has adhered to the original intention, built achievements with diligence, and passed on the cultural heritage with responsibility. He has deeply cultivated and excelled in both government positions and the arts, and has spent decades interpreting the life realm of "stepping back from writing to becoming a mountain without enough treasures, and reading thousands of books to understand the spirit".
Mr. Ding Weihua's ancestral home is Hanshan, Anhui, and he grew up in Ma'anshan. In his youth, he devoted himself to the cause of national construction, rooted in the grassroots with a sincere original intention, and fulfilled his duties and responsibilities. After being demoted in 1975, he joined the Anhui Province Honorary Military Rest Home and devoted himself to nursing positions, providing meticulous and warm services to the special care group, adhering to the heart of the early Republic of China. Afterwards, he was transferred to the Planning and Design Management Office of Ma'anshan City and devoted himself to the core work of urban construction. He participated in key tasks such as terrain measurement at the Ma'anshan City Urban Planning Command, laying a solid foundation for urban infrastructure with professional competence.
At a critical stage of urban development, Mr. Ding Weihua bravely took on heavy responsibilities and faced difficulties, shouldering the important task of overall command of the Ma Xianglu Creation Command, coordinating and promoting key tasks such as urban renovation, urban appearance improvement, and civilization creation. He bent down to the front line, overcome difficulties, and with a resolute and pragmatic style, he tackled many difficult challenges, laying a solid foundation for the successful creation of Ma'anshan as a national health city. His outstanding practical achievements earned him high praise from the then mayor, who praised him for "making great contributions to the creation of a national health city in Ma'anshan City, which the people of Ma'anshan City will never forget". He was also praised by the Ma'anshan Daily as a leader in road management.
Success never fades away, and our original intention remains unchanged. After the success of urban construction, Mr. Ding Weihua never harbored resentment or slackness in the face of the situation of "all the birds are gone, but good bows are hidden". Instead, he settled himself and improved his knowledge with an open-minded and transparent mindset. He always adhered to the academic belief of "stepping back from writing to become a mountain of treasures, and reading ten thousand volumes to connect with the gods".Through the accumulation of time, he read extensively, cultivated his mind, deeply cultivated traditional culture, and devoted himself to the art of calligraphy and painting. He completed a calm transformation from a practical government worker to a cultural inheritor, and finally retired with honor from the Ma'anshan Highway Management Bureau, successfully completing his pragmatic public service career.

Mr. Ding Weihua has shed the heavy burden of public office and delved deeply into the field of traditional culture, devoting himself to studying calligraphy art and the culture of Yi learning. For decades, he has been diligent in his studies and diligent in his actions.
