何斌，字永年，号富春渔逸。他的终生夙念是：宁守传统文化之土中玉，婉拒戏里胡拉之镜中花!因青少年时代都在画仙黄公望隐居地的富春冮边度过，耳濡目染，对华夏山水及中国圣贤人文景观酷爱有加，更对中华民族的传统书画文化蛰伏于心。
他现居杭州。1969年毕业于南京林产工业学院，分配工作后，在政府部门和新闻岗位工作，最高任职为中央党校所辖《中国市场经济报》副总编兼社会部部长。
他一生笔耕不辍，尤其酷爱诗书画印，现为中央国家机关美术家协会国家礼品画家，文化部所辖《人民画院》院士，CCTV网大家艺术频道特聘艺术顾问，中央党校出版社《红旗飘飘丰碑颂优秀书画作品系列集》编委，联合国华人艺术家总会马来西亚分会特聘顾问，上海对外文化交流协会城镇分会顾问。中国鉴赏家协会常务理事会兼杭州委员会秘书长，香港Apobc亚大文化艺术联盟副主席兼秘书长，《中国美术导报》特聘书画家，杭州大名书画院副院长等职。
在对外文化交流上，何斌的作品被东西欧，拉美，中东，南非，中非、东南亚等80多个国家和地区的政商界高层人士收藏，并有30多个国家驻华大使馆珍藏其作品。尤其是在2021年6月，全球驻华大使音乐节暨文化交流节上，18幅作品一次性的被18个国家使(领)馆收藏。为中国传统文化走向世界而尽心尽责。
在国内外出版的诗文集：《生命之绿》《柳浪闻莺》《富春诗卷九十九》《之江英杰》《问天问地问人》、《仙风灵气诗画磐安》、《人杰地灵天台山》、《吟在崇岭深处》、《微墨秘笈》等。其代表作长诗集《吟在崇岭深处》，在2009年出版发行后，影响强烈，由浙江省委宣传部及浙江省作协支持下，于同年十一月，即邀请了我国五十多名著名学者、教授、诗人及十多家新闻媒体编辑、记者在浙江省人民大会堂举办了该长诗集的研讨会，时任中国作家协会书记处书记李敬泽同志为此发来贺电，认为：“这是浙江作家走基层，转文风，改作风方面取得的又一成绩!”。中共浙江省委常委、省委副书记陈法文同志出席並中肯评价了这部优秀作品。
另有一册特色的诗画集《仙风灵仙诗画磐安》，以中英双文向海内外出版发行，现国家外交部部长助理驻美芝加哥使领馆大使洪磊先生阅后情不自禁地为该书题词曰：“仙风灵气，诗画磐安，渗透浓浓故乡情，意蕴眷眷赤子心!"。南非总统曼德拉阅后还命其助理凯文先生致函作者对此著作的诗情画意作了高度评赞。
通过多年的磨砺创作，获得了众多的荣誉，如下：
自1997一2001年，他曾七上黄山写生采风后，创作的《黄山行》诗书画三合一作品获黄山芙蓉谷诗书画大赛特等奖。同年获浙江省慈善总会授予“爱心书画家"荣誉称号之后，他一直孜孜不倦地在思想境界提升及笔墨语言的独创性上下功夫，于是在近30年的拼博中，终于磨励出诗书画三合一小青绿山水画的独特风格。
在全球各界众多人士的赏识推荐下，何斌国画《沙漠长青树》被南非总统曼德拉收藏，不久，他指令他的秘书凯文先生代表他以信件函亲切致谢作者。
2002年冬，由美华民间文化友好协会人士转奉送何斌作品《飞上榄枝的和平鸽》赠送给美国总统卡特，作为他获得《诺贝尔和平奖》的赠礼。
2013年入展台北市海峡两岸书画艺术展，获台北市浙江同乡会成立60周年书画笔会优秀作品一等奖，作品名《双松望月》图。
次年，《中华龙山凤河图》被美中友好协会收藏。
在国内，由中国湿地博物馆及浙江有关政府部门组织的《野生动物保护月诗书画大赛》，他的作品《西溪鸟影》以诗情画意兼优，荣获一等奖。同年又获浙江省慈善嘉年华书画展优秀作品奖。
在红色文化展示中，由中国艺术家联盟主办的《纪念毛泽东主席诞辰120周年百名名家书画展》一等奖。作品名《严陵高韵图》。同年《竹影临窗》图被国家外交部新闻司收藏。
2017年，他的作品《井冈红瀑》入展中央国家机关工委《纪念红军长征95周年书画展》。 同年《乾坤清气》及《山高源远图》等二幅作品被中央党校出版社收藏。在《纪念陈毅元帅诞辰115周年书画展》中的《陈毅豪歌梅山图》获优秀作品奖，並被陈帅之子陈昊苏收藏。
2018年，小青绿山水画《壮丽乾坤图》被荷兰大使馆收藏。 同年7月，《万里江山敬杯酒》被俄罗斯远东文旅企业家珍藏。10月，又在福建省主办的《首届中国申遗艺术品书画展》获书画组金狮奖。
2019年双喜临门，被全国两会重点推荐为《人民艺术家》荣誉称号。同年初秋又荣获浙江省慈善总会《大爱无疆不忘初心》爱心书画家荣誉称号〈作品名《井冈洪流滚滚来》。
他对全民抗新冠中，除了文章口殊笔伐放毒者外，《以笔为枪 抗疫必胜》线上书画展又获前一百名优秀作品奖。
2O21年6月，应邀参加上海全球外国驻华使节文化交流活动。19幅作品被18国使领馆收藏。其中有一国大使携夫人参会，要求多得1幅。同年9月，入展国际青年艺术家联盟主办的中、法、美、罗、塞尔维亚等五国线上线下优秀作品展。 同年年7月《井冈清气扑面來》入展浙江省级机关庆祝建党百年书画展。次年，被评为香港亚太文化艺术联盟封面人物。
2022年7月在杭州电视台《开心茶馆》基地举办了“喜迎中共20大绿水青山就是金山银山三人展》20幅中除1幅作品赠送场地主人外，其余19幅作品被爱国人士一次性打包收藏。
2023年10月《壮丽乾坤》图，入展上海市对外友好协会主办的“城镇新韵名家书画展"
2023，2024年连续2年参展上海书画春晚展，获优秀作品荣誉称号，并当场由藏家出资收藏。
2023年出席中韩文化艺术交流活动，《东亚山水同根生》作为国家珍贵礼品被联合国丝路论坛韩国委员会主席兼韩中文化交流协会会长、李在明总统政策顾问尹鹤相先生欣喜收藏。同年十月一日国庆节，出席长三角书画名家湖州南浔笔会，现场作品《威震江山图》被主办方珍藏。
2024年，在上海会见匈牙利女总统诺瓦克.卡塔琳欣喜收藏《太平盛世图》。
同年，《轻舟碧波乐其中》被斯洛文尼亚总统博鲁特·帕霍尔收藏。
2025年5月，《南天门外居神仙》入展中韩书画《中韩互动 苏城五月》艺术名家苏州展，作品被嘉兴市天承文化艺术公司收藏。
同年8月，出席中韩文化艺术晚会，2幅卡纸山水画被韩国领队委员会主席及韩国著名舞蹈艺术家金女士收藏。
2025年9月，六尺正堂横幅《江山正氣图》以全球ECl创新奖组委会名义赠送给东盟十国集团执委主席楊镇宾博士欣喜收藏。同年十月《山高源远长流水》入展《韩中书画名家上海交流展》。11月，出席嘉兴乌镇《从心开始》杭嘉两地书画名家交流笔会，现场作《尚若他年持节去》翠竹图，被桐乡爱心人士收藏。同年12月底，《科山崎岖图》被浙江嘉兴天承文化艺术公司高价收藏。(此图已被浙江省版权局登记版权所有权)
2026年2月，杭州著名五星级酒店中维歌德大酒店大堂展出《歌德和她的朋友们~国礼画家何斌迎新展》，为春节假期入驻酒店的众多嘉宾提供了一份难得的文化珍馔，12幅精品力作，赢得了各界社会人士的广泛赞誉。
He Bin, also known as Yongnian and Fuchun Yuyi. His lifelong aspiration is to preserve the jade in the land of traditional culture and politely reject the flower in the mirror of Hula in the play! Due to spending his teenage years by the Fuchun River, where the painting immortal Huang Gongwang lived in seclusion, he was deeply influenced by the scenery of Chinese mountains and rivers, as well as the cultural landscapes of Chinese sages. He also had a deep love for the traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy culture.
He currently resides in Hangzhou. Graduated from Nanjing Forestry Industry College in 1969, and after being assigned a job, worked in government departments and news positions, with the highest position being Deputy Editor in Chief and Minister of Social Affairs of China Market Economy News under the Central Party School.
He devoted his entire life to writing, particularly fond of poetry, calligraphy, painting, and printing. He is currently a national gift painter of the Central Government Artists Association, an academician of the People's Painting Academy under the Ministry of Culture, a special art consultant for CCTV's Everyone Art Channel, an editorial board member for the "Excellent Book and Painting Works Series of Red Flag Fluttering Monument Odes" published by the Central Party School Press, a special consultant for the Malaysia Branch of the United Nations Chinese Artists Association, and a consultant for the Urban Branch of the Shanghai Association for Foreign Cultural Exchange. The Executive Council and Secretary General of the Hangzhou Committee of the Chinese Appraisers Association, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Hong Kong Apobc Asia University Cultural and Art Alliance, Specially Appointed Calligrapher and Painter by the China Art Guide, Vice President of the Hangzhou Daming Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and other positions.
In terms of cultural exchange with foreign countries, He Bin's works have been collected by high-level officials in the political and business circles of more than 80 countries and regions, including Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, South Africa, Central Africa, Southeast Asia, and more than 30 embassies in China. Especially in June 2021, at the Global Ambassador to China Music Festival and Cultural Exchange Festival, 18 works were collected by embassies (consulates) of 18 countries at once. Devote oneself wholeheartedly to promoting traditional Chinese culture to the world.
Poetry and prose collections published both domestically and internationally: "Green of Life", "Listening to the Orioles on Willow Waves", "Fuchun Poetry Volume 99", "Jiang Yingjie", "Asking Heaven, Earth, and People", "Fairy Wind and Spiritual Energy Poetry and Painting in Pan'an", "Outstanding People and Land Spirit in Tiantai Mountain", "Chanting in the Deep of Chongling", "Micro Ink Secret Collection", etc. His representative work, the long poetry collection "Yin in the Deep of Chongling", had a strong influence after its publication and release in 2009. With the support of the Propaganda Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Zhejiang Writers Association, in November of the same year, more than 50 famous scholars, professors, poets, and more than ten news media editors and reporters from China were invited to hold a seminar on this long poetry collection at the Great Hall of the People in Zhejiang Province. Comrade Li Jingze, then Secretary of the Secretariat of the China Writers Association, sent a congratulatory message, stating that "this is another achievement made by Zhejiang writers in going to the grassroots, transforming their writing style, and improving their writing style. Comrade Chen Fanfa, member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Committee, attended and gave a fair evaluation of this excellent work.
There is also a unique collection of poems and paintings called "Xianfeng Lingxian Poetry and Painting Pan'an", which has been published and distributed in both Chinese and English at home and abroad. Mr. Hong Lei, the current Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ambassador to the Chicago Embassy in the United States, couldn't help but write an inscription for the book after reading it, saying: "Xianfeng Lingyun, Poetry and Painting Pan'an, permeated with strong hometown feelings, and the meaning of caring for the hearts of young children!" After reading it, South African President Mandela also ordered his assistant Mr. Kevin to write a letter to the author, highly praising the poetic and picturesque meaning of this work.
After years of honing and creating, I have received numerous honors, as follows:
From 1997 to 2001, after he went to Mount Huangshan for seven times to draw from nature, his poem, calligraphy and painting three in one work of "Mount Huangshan Travel" won the special prize of Mount Huangshan Furong Valley Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition. After being awarded the honorary title of "Love Calligrapher and Painter" by the Zhejiang Charity Federation in the same year, he has been tirelessly working on improving his ideological realm and the originality of his brush and ink language. As a result, in nearly 30 years of competition, he has finally developed a unique style of poetry, calligraphy, painting, and small green landscape painting.
With the appreciation and recommendation of many people from all walks of life around the world, He Bin's traditional Chinese painting "Desert Evergreen Tree" was collected by South African President Mandela. Soon after, he instructed his secretary Mr. Kevin to express his gratitude to the author in a letter on his behalf.
In the winter of 2002, a representative from the US China Folk Culture Friendship Association presented He Bin's work "The Peace Dove Flying on the Olive Branch" to US President Carter as a gift for him to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
In 2013, he participated in the Cross Strait Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition in Taipei and won the first prize for outstanding works from the Calligraphy and Painting Pen Association celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Zhejiang Fellow Association in Taipei. His work is titled "Twin Pine Viewing the Moon".
In the following year, the Painting of Dragon Mountains, Phoenix Rivers in China was collected by the US China Friendship Association.
In China, the "Wildlife Conservation Month Poetry, Painting and Calligraphy Competition" organized by the China Wetland Museum and relevant government departments in Zhejiang Province, his work "Xixi Bird Shadow" won the first prize for its excellent poetic and artistic expression. In the same year, he also won the Excellent Works Award at the Zhejiang Charity Carnival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition.
In the exhibition of red culture, the first prize was awarded to the "Commemoration of the 120th Anniversary of Chairman Mao Zedong's Birth: A Hundred Famous Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition" hosted by the Chinese Artists Union. The title of the work is "Yan Ling Gao Yun Tu". In the same year, the painting "Bamboo Shadow by the Window" was collected by the News Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In 2017, his work "Jinggang Red Waterfall" was exhibited in the "Commemoration of the 95th Anniversary of the Long March of the Red Army Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" organized by the Central State Organs Working Committee. In the same year, two works including "Clear Sky in the Sky" and "Distant View of Mountains and Mountains" were collected by the Central Party School Press. The painting "Chen Yihao's Song of Meishan" in the "Commemoration of Marshal Chen Yi's 115th Birthday Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" won the Excellent Works Award and was collected by Chen Haosu, the son of Marshal Chen.
In 2018, the small green landscape painting "Magnificent Qiankun Tu" was collected by the Dutch Embassy. In July of the same year, "A toast to a cup of wine from a thousand miles of mountains and rivers" was collected by Russian Far Eastern cultural and tourism entrepreneurs. In October, he won the Golden Lion Award in the calligraphy and painting category at the "First China World Heritage Art Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" hosted by Fujian Province.
In 2019, he was honored with the title of "People's Artist" and was highly recommended by the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In the early autumn of the same year, he was also awarded the honorary title of "Love Without Borders, Never Forget Our Original Aspiration" by the Zhejiang Provincial Charity Federation as a loving calligrapher and painter, with the work titled "The River Flows from Jinggang".
In the national fight against the COVID-19, in addition to his words and writing against drug abusers, the online painting and calligraphy exhibition "The War Against Epidemic with Pen as a Gun" won the top 100 outstanding works award.
In June 2021, invited to participate in the Shanghai Global Cultural Exchange Program for Foreign Envoys in China. 19 works have been collected by the embassies and consulates of 18 countries. One of the ambassadors, accompanied by his wife, attended the meeting and requested an additional painting. In September of the same year, he participated in the online and offline exhibition of excellent works from five countries including China, France, the United States, Romania, and Serbia, organized by the International Young Artists Alliance. In July of the same year, the painting "Jinggang Qingqi Comes to My Face" was exhibited at the Zhejiang Provincial Government's centennial celebration of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The following year, he was named the cover person of the Hong Kong Asia Pacific Culture and Arts Alliance.
In July 2022, the "Celebrating the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with Green Waters and Mountains as Gold and Silver Mountains" exhibition was held at the "Happy Teahouse" base of Hangzhou Television Station. Among the 20 pieces, except for one piece gifted to the venue owner, the remaining 19 pieces were collected by patriotic individuals in one go.
In October 2023, the painting "Magnificent Universe" will be exhibited at the "Urban New Charm Famous Artists Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" hosted by the Shanghai Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries
In 2023 and 2024, participated in the Shanghai Calligraphy and Painting Spring Festival Gala for two consecutive years, won the honorary title of excellent works, and was collected by a collector on the spot.
In 2023, he attended the cultural and artistic exchange activities between China and South Korea. As a precious national gift, "East Asian Mountains and Rivers Born from the Same Roots" was joyfully collected by Mr. Yin Hexiang, Chairman of the South Korea Committee of the United Nations Silk Road Forum and President of the Korea China Cultural Exchange Association, and Policy Advisor to President Lee Jae myung. In September 2025, the six foot main hall banner "Jiangshan Zhengqi Tu" was presented to Dr. Yang Zhenbin, Executive Chairman of the ASEAN Group of Ten, under the name of the Global ECl Innovation Award Organizing Committee for joyful collection. In October of the same year, the exhibition "Mountains High, Source Far, Flowing Water" was included in the "Shanghai Exchange Exhibition of Korean and Chinese Calligraphers and Painters". In November, attended the "Starting from the Heart" calligraphy and painting exchange between famous calligraphers and painters from Hangzhou and Jiaxing in Wuzhen, Jiaxing, and created the "Shang Ruo He Nian Shou Jie" green bamboo painting on site, which was collected by kind-hearted people in Tongxiang. At the end of December of the same year, "The Rough Map of Keshan" was collected at a high price by Zhejiang Jiaxing Tiancheng Culture and Art Company. In February 2026, the lobby of the famous five-star hotel in Hangzhou, Zhongwei Goethe Hotel, exhibited the "Goethe and Her Friends~National Gift Painter He Bin Welcome Exhibition", providing a rare cultural delicacy and 12 exquisite works for many guests who settled in the hotel during the Spring Festival holiday, winning widespread praise from people from all walks of life.

His painting "The Evergreen Plants in Lu Xun's Hundred Herbs Garden" was exhibited at the Hangzhou Memorial of Lu Xun's Birthday Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition and collected by Mr. Li Zemin of the Hong Kong Association of China.
